As part of the research process I wanted to conduct some user interviews. This was to further find out what people think of the current way that furniture assembly is done, find out what people like, what they dislike, and see how my potential solution is received. I want to find out peoples feelings, behaviours, and thoughts, and find out about their previous experiences to understand goals and pain points. For the interview questions, I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t being biased by asking leading questions.
